Our sausages are hand made using natural sausage skins and packed into approximate 250g packs. We never add extra fat or rind in any form.

Fenland Sausages & Sausagemeat - These sausages contain a small amount of breadcrumb.

Gluten Free Witcham Sausages & Sausagemeat - Our gluten free sausages are made in the same way as our Fenland range but instead of the bread crumb we use extra meat.
