delivery information
standing orders
Many customers find it convenient to give a regular standing order which they have delivered at weekly, fortnightly or monthly intervals. These can be for fruit & vegetables, groceries or meat or a mixture.
payment terms
We would prefer payment by debit or credit card, but we will accept cheques on delivery. Please note: we do not accept cash as it presents an avoidable hazard to you and the driver. Cheques should be made out to "Naturally Yours Organics Ltd".
delivery
We offer a free personal local delivery service*. If you are likely to be out, please tell us your arrangements and leave a suitable container out if any fresh or frozen meat is ordered. We charge £5 for any polystyrene box we have to leave which is not returned.
*In some areas a £5 delivery charge applies.
minimum order charge
Please note that £9.50 is the minimum order we can accept for free local delivery. Any order under this value will automatically have a £5 delivery charge added.
nationwide courier delivery
We offer a tiered service:
£17.50 for orders up to £50
£12.00 for orders between £50 and £100.
£8.50 for orders over £100.
Please note that there is a weight limit of 14kg for courier orders.
Any order over this weight will incur an overweight courier charge of £1 per kg.
