Can I choose what goes in my fruit and veg box?
Yes, if you prefer you can provide us with a list of your requirements and we will do our best to fulfil your order accordingly.
If I dislike an item in my fruit and veg box can I swap it for something else?
We encourage our customers to tell us of their likes and dislikes upon ordering and wherever possible we’ll try and include only things you like. We wouldn’t buy something we dislike – why should you?
What happens if I’m out when you deliver?
We are happy to leave your order in a prearranged place. Please leave a suitable cool box out for any meat or frozen produce.
Is there a charge for delivery?
In most local areas delivery is free. If you are unsure please ask.
I can’t see the cut of meat that my recipe suggests on your website.
Not a problem. Please tell us your requirements or the cut you want and our butcher will prepare it for you.
Your prices are displayed in kilos, do I have to order in kilos?
No, you may order whatever amount you wish, in Ilbs, or kilos, just as you would in a butchers shop. We have to display our prices in kilo’s by law.
Can I set up a standing order?
Yes, you may choose to have a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly order to suit your needs.
