All our organic beef is reared on a small family run Norfolk farm in a complete stress free environment. Once it reaches our fridges it is left to mature for 21 days, then cut and prepared to individual orders. We feel that animals bred in stress free conditions and then treated to traditional hanging methods ensure high quality cuts of prepared meat.
