Why Organic?
We believe that organic food tastes far better than food produced with the overuse of pesticides and fertilizers. All organic livestock is free range which means the organic animals we use have a kinder upbringing and are only fed using organic feed. As we only use one farm for all our pork, beef and lamb, we can rely on the fact that each animal is raised and eventually transported in a stress free environment.

We are organically registered with the Organic Farmers & Growers Certification UK2. All our produce can be traced back to its origin and each supplier we use have to be registered with a recognised certification body too…

….so it really is food you can rely on.
